License This Technology
The THATTE photonic-ternary computing stack is available for licensing. From SWCNT@MWCNT devices to operating systems — partner with us to bring ternary computing to market.
Three Pillars of Ternary Computing
Hardware IP
SWCNT@MWCNT device structure, photonic trit switching method, metallocene CVD fabrication, and optical-ternary gate library. The complete foundation for photonic-ternary chip manufacturing.
Processor & Compiler
PANINI processor microarchitecture with T3ISA instruction set. ManiT compiler and THATTEOS operating system. A complete CPU design paired with its toolchain.
Memory & Security
Memory fabric, bus, interconnect, trit-trie search circuit, crypto hardware, and DFT/BIST. A full infrastructure stack purpose-built for photonic-ternary hardware.
Flexible Terms for Every Stage
Research License
For universities and research institutions.
- Access to patent documentation
- Academic research use
- Educational programmes
- Non-commercial terms
Development License
For companies developing ternary computing products.
- Prototype and develop rights
- Technical consultation included
- Pre-commercial evaluation
- Defined development period
Commercial License
Full manufacturing and distribution rights.
- Exclusive or non-exclusive terms
- Manufacturing rights
- Tailored to specific markets
- Revenue-based or fixed fee
Due diligence can start before any of this. The compiler and the microkernel are already released under AGPL-3.0 — see open source — and the papers and archived releases carry DOIs on publications, so the software half of the stack can be built and read without a conversation. A commercial licence is what covers proprietary derivatives of the stack itself.
